2010-08-28: According to recent news on Tor.com, the prologue to Towers of Midnight will be available September 21st, less than four weeks away. We will be seeing Lan, Perrin, Galad and the Blight. I have put a link to the download on Amazon.com, although I'm assuming there are other locations for the download.

Final version crept up to 328,000 words (with the new scenes) and is 57 chapters + a prologue and epilogue." The book is set for a November 2nd release. Be on the look out for news of the prologue and the upcoming tour! Can't wait!
2010-06-10: As Brandon Sanderson is finishing the Wheel of Time series, we thought you might want to give The Way of Kings, his new epic coming in August, a first look. Tor.com has unveiled the prelude, prologue and first three chapters, which you can find at the link below. Makes us wonder if The Way of Kings will deserve its own land of Theories...

The programming for the User Administration area, the monthly rented space to house it and our databases, and the monthly purchased bandwidth to
enable elevated amounts of simultaneous users, all add up to real costs for us. So your $15 a year helps us pay our bills, and you can really help pay the bills (and lesson your own yearly headache) when you sign up for a Lifetime membership for only $50. Additional money will enable
us to continue to add new functionality, run special contests for our users, and upgrade our servers. We are really trying to create a great user
experience that will keep us all involved and interested for another several years as we await Book 11 and beyond.

We don't want to promise anything too soon. But we can tell you that we will be moving our message boards from EzBoard onto our servers in the
very near future. Once this is accomplished, premium users will have similar access to their posting history. We also plan on offering a "buddy"
system that will enable users see if up to 10 of their Theoryland friends have recently signed in. Along with a "My Messages" section where instant
messages sent through the special premium contact page will be accessable. And those are only the ones we feel won't ruin some surprises we have in
store for you. We would love to hear any suggestions on how we can enhance your user experience.

Of course! We know everyone may not want access to their User Administration site, so you can sign-up with Theoryland for a Basic account without enrolling as
a paid member. You can post theories, join factions, make predictions, and lurk around the site at your leisure.

Yes. We plan to move our message board onto our own servers in the future, but at this moment those boards are run by EzBoard, a third party
company. So for now you will have to sign up with both of us.

In re-designing Theoryland and automating most of its features, we realized that we could give much more control of the content to the user. By signing
up you receive a username which enables us to give you easy access to your posts, factions, priority contact options, and other specialized
functions. Without a premium account, we can still ensure that no one can take credit for another person's ground-breaking theory making.
