Gholam

Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Asmodean's Demise

think that Asmodean was killed by a gholam (I think I got it right). It had to be so one he knows and deathly afraid of. The Forsaken only made 6 gholams because they were made to destroy channeler's. Asmodean would recognize a gholam, because he helped make it, and would be afraid of it because if another forsaken found out about where he was and sent a gholam out to kill Asmodean the gholam would have no trouble doing so.

Hmm, there is a possibility because it is something that could enter and leave at will and kill with speed. It is an Aes Sedai assassin.

Just joined and was wondering if anyone else had made a similar connection. The reason I thought it was the Gholam was also because the first target of the Gholam was Harid Fel. The only connection between Fel and Asmodean is that they were the only two people that were teaching Rand anything useful about how to battle the shadow (unless you count Lan's Sword Training or the Aiel's barehanded fighting). The only problem I have is whether or not the Gholam could have gotten from Cairhien (where Fel was killed) to Caemlyn (where Asmodean was killed) in such a short time since it would not have expected Rand to Travel there, and Shadowspawn cannot Travel.
