Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Who is Cyndane?

A short, young woman with long silver hair and vivid blue eyes. Impressive bosom. A beautiful doll carved from ice. These are the descriptions. Not much to go on, but when is there ever? My guess is that Cyndane is a physical melding of Lanfear and Moiraine, both vying for the body, with Lanfear now in control.

So why would they be in a mind trap if such was the case? If they were merely melded together by the finns...how did the DO get his hands on "them"? I don't think Moiraine has anything to do with Cyndane.
