Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Who helped Rand in Shadar Logoth?

I have to agree that Lews Therin helped Rand. I think this because Lews Therin has helped him before like in the box. And he couldn't help him channel out of the box because he was sheilded also.

I am looking forward to hitting that part of book seven once again, I am on book 4(for the eighth time) but everyone has brought up some interesting points...I am going to read very slowly during those pages.
