Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Rand, Alanna and the Bond

Maybe Allana will go mad in the place of Rand. This could explain her elevated lack of emotional control. She was still good at hiding her feelings conserning the daeth of her warder before the bonding took place. I also agree that she was probably sent by Moirane to bond Rand.

I actually believe that Alanna's bond is helping to distribute that pain or madness that Rand has, it probably will make her mad in the end, especially if Rand ever died.
