Morgase will be rescued from the Seanchan by Tallanvor. Out of gratitude, she will finally recognize her feelings for him and marry him in Amadicia. They will then return to Caemlyn. Thom will be there, ready to confess his undying love for Morgase and reveal that he is, in fact, Elayne's and Gawyns father. Tallanvor will go mad with jealosy and one of the Foresaken will convince Tallanvor to kill Thom because of some comlex plan of the DO (Don't ask me to come up with it, I'm no RJ). His attempt will succeed, but not before Thom manages to strike Tallanvor with a poisoned dagger. They both die, which throws Morgase into a deep depression which is magnified by the fact that Rand is still somewhat in control of Andor. She wastes away and dies, and Elayne finally gets the Lion Throne.
