Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Miscellaneous Theories

So how long do you think it will be before we have a nasty little situation developing between the Two Rivers Folk and Elayne?

Morgase and Gawyn have both heard about the rebellion in the west of Andor. Elayne believes that the Two Rivers is part of Andor. It has been made very clear to us that even before Manetheren's banner was raised the Two Rivers did not see themselves as part of Andor. Now that there is a new banner how soon before these friends clash?

We have Faile and others telling us that rulers tend to believe "the lines of the map" which the TR folk equally discount. Verin saying that Perrin does not realise what it means to be married to Faile Bashere(and i think Elayne is mentioned as having her suspicions about Faile well before we find out who she is - something along the lines of Nynaeve saying she hoped Perrin & Faile had found a place to be a blacksmith & wife and Elayne thinking that if she was right Faile would not be happy with that)

With all the foresadowing we have this is going to lead up to a major situation between some major characters. Related to this is the question of Perrin's crown - Min had a Foreseeing with him and a crown, Davram Bashere asks Perrin during his father-in-law interrogation about whether Faile told him about the "Broken Crown" and (never discount the throw away comments by RJ) in TGH Leane comments "i suppose the next time we see the blacksmith he'll be wearing a crown and speaking in High Chant" So what crown will Perrin be wearing? Manetheren's? an old kingdom like Harad (sp?) and if Manetheren's? where does that fit in with Faile's "broken crown"? any thoughts? My only theory/prediction is the big stink over secession and rebellion.

Hey...sshhh, that one is almost to good to write about...oh well the cat is out of the bag on that one... Although I do think there might be hostilities, I don't know that it will come down to war between them...
