aile, Perrin, Egwene, and Galad

Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Miscellaneous Theories

Perrin will lead his forces first to rescue Faile then to fight the nearest White Cloak force in the books to come. This is where Galad will come into play. Perhaps Egwene will put a glorious end to the whole "Perrin-White Cloak" mess by making a deal with that pretty boy, Galad, (who will, no doubt, attempt to kill good ol'Perrin). Thus bringing the White Cloaks to Rand and possibly creating animosity between Galad and Gawyne, (since they're both very polar on their views of the White Tower). Or maybe they both can agree that Egwene can be an acceptable intermediate between their two extreme outlooks (We all know that in Jordan's world people who should hate each other can some times magically get along-for no good reason, other than Ta'veren).

What leads you to believe that Faile will be rescued? I would say that if Faile isn't rescued and instead is killed or taken then the Wolf will awaken and Perrin will destroy the Aiel of the White Cloaks, whoever gets in the way. Peace between factions will never occur, atleast in the sense that we would like to see it. RJ has promised that even after 'the last battle' there will be wars raging across the land. But then again this is the picture I see and I don't believe any of us have been very correct in our assumptions :)
