esaana VS Aran'gar

by Moridin: 2002-12-16 | Not yet rated

Previous Categories: Rebels vs. White Tower

I believe that while the Tower and Rebel Aes Sedai have their little quarrel I think Mesaana and Halima will duke it out. Mesaana will not know that Halima is channeling since she channels Saidin I believe that Halima will eventually kill Mesaana. My Theory is basicly the two people who are under the forsakens thumb [Alviarin and Egwene] will duke it out while Mesaana and Halima do for control of the tower.

PS: I'm not sure that Aran'gar/Halima died during From the Choedan Kal but I know she was there. She killed Eben Hopwil. Before he died Eben said "She's channeling Saidin!". Corrently I only know of one Cross-Channeler and that is Aran'gar/Halima.

Any comments/speculation on my theory?

Why would Halima fight Mesaana? They are on the same team. I am sure Moridin has had some communication with both of them and that they will work together to create as many problems as possible for both groups.

Wouldn't it be great if Mesaana and Halima were working together to kidnap some of the Aes Sedai in the confusion of the battle, the non-black Aes Sedai figured out what was going on, and the tower was reunited to battle the forsaken and the BA! It's not very likely (it would still leave the problem of two Amyrlins, two Halls of the Tower, etc.) I'm willing to bet that a few Aes Sedai are missing after the battle, though.
