That's how my hippie of a teacher described it. All 27 had to be connected in some way, but in a way that you had to hide. A common theme might be a better way of putting it...

Well the rhyme says "Violets are blue", so it is still right... sort of.
Of course, it's from Zero Wing, I'm a proper geek ;) But it was "All your base are belong to us" in the game.
