What do you described as the context of the following quote -

From TGS,
Ch. 50 - Veins of Gold

And Rand opened his eyes for the first time in a very long while. He knew – somehow – that he would never again hear Lews Therin’s voice in his head. For they were not two men, and never had been.

I can't vote. I believe in choices A and B equally.

Then choose D.

I'm with Bela, and D doesn't fit either. So, no vote.

None of the Above

None of those choices describe context -- the surrounding circumstances -- so none of them are valid answers to your question.

The scene before an after that paragraph. I don't have the book yet, so I can't be more specific. It could be just a couple of paragraphs, or it could be a dozen pages.

Sodas, maybe you should have used the word "implication" or "meaning" instead of context. Context in this instance, apparently, gives people rashes.

I choose B, it did not exclude the A part

Lol. Or maybe just ask which side they prefer.

But hoping people agree on any description around here seems impossible...

Then choose D.
I don't like D at all. Of course it's open to interpretation, but I've already interpreted it my way, as A and B. :D

It's not really new. But yeah.:p

You can get with
This.

Or you can get with that...

I think you'll get with this, 'cause this is where it's at.

Now I have Weapon of Choice running through my head. Thanks for that.
