If this is legit and not photoshopped...its pretty cool.

It is legit. He's had several articles done on him in Texas. Not surprising, since a great many of our roads are still somewhat dirt based.

Imagine coming back to your car with that on it? That'd be awesome. Way better than the "CLEAN ME" that people have drawn on mine :(

Problem then is that you don't want to wash your car, ever. :)

I always find it amazing when artists create something that will ineveitably perish. It is very..."art for art's sake".

I love it!

Yeah, it's something both nice and sad about art like that. Knowing that it will soon be gone. Like life.

Awesome...they were so good I wasn't sure.

Then why did you act like you were sure? :p

EDIT: oops, I missed the "if" in your OP. I blame lack of sleep. :D

What do you do if you're returning to your car and you see this dude doodling on it?

Take pictures- that is just way too cool!

Of course, that's now that I know about him...before this thread I probably would have freaked :) Then saw how cool his art is, apologize for outburst and then started taking pictures.

He has to get permission. Preferably written.

Bah! Rogue artists are the sexiest.

Um.. at the risk of this turning into a gun control thread, I'd like to remind you, trespassers can be shot in Texas. I'm not sure if the outside of your car counts, but wouldn't you rather err on the side of caution in that respect?

LOL! Being shot wouldn't even be a consideration here- sometimes I am very glad to live where I do :)

The worst he would get here is a tongue lashing...maybe a purse swung at him by a particularly ornary old lady.

I'm not sure how he started, but his art is commissioned now... so no worries about trespassing. People like to pay him to do their portrait or their favorite movie sceen or star ... and it's not a light fee.
