A general rule of thumb with underwear is to pick one that actually fits...otherwise bad things happen. That's my theory at least.

Well, if you go to the Today show front page (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032633), there is a link to a video of an interview with the lady with the hurt eye and her lawyer. She doesn't look that large...

Who knows what actually happened, but the real question is this: Is what happened to her really worth a large sum of money?
