Okay, I have to say this: I absolutely can't stand The Consumerist. 99% of the time its whiny beyotches that whine about the dumbest things out of pure ignorance. Most of their whiny posts are totally BS and the theory that the "Customer is always right" is also on the biggest fallacies that is current perpetuated. The customer is not always right. The customer is an A-Hole and the average Consumerist poster is a jacka$$.

I will never order that new item, ever.

The burger just does not look as tasty as its In and Out competition.

I prefer Wizard's First Rule as a motto. No one escapes that one. :D
