In yet another instance of TL impacting its members in a positive fashion... on her previous visit here, Birgitte fell in love with my college Alma Mater, The University of Houston, (despite my warnings) and is moving to Houston to pursue her BS in journalism. (Isn't that kinda redundant?) Her flight lands tomorrow afternoon, but I thought I'd welcome her a bit early.

Sinistrum and Bryan will commence corruption immediately, wereas I will try to be a moderating influence on Tanaww's pride and joy.

I hope to post pictures in this thread of her arrival and of the July 4th outing we have planned.

The Queen Bratticus has safely landed in Houston. She's still in our house unconscious, as far as I can tell, however. She'd been whining about getting up at 5:30AM the day before to begin her day of travel. I didn't really have a lot of sympathy for that wake up time seeing as I've usually been up for 45 minutes to an hour by then. But she gets to sleep in today.

I just don't want to find dishes in the wrong place. Took me forever to train my little sister that salad forks and teaspoons DO NOT go in the same place as their larger counterparts. ;) And SHE's a restaraunt manager.

And I do my laundry always and only. I've got no problem doing dishes or anything like that, though. And you just put dishes where the ones that match them are.


By the way, it's no coincidence that it's a BS in Journalism. A good writer always knows their way around some good BS. ;)
