View Full Version : The far-fetched stories of Nalaam?

For those who don't remember, he is the character from the Androl/Black Tower chapters. He is the character who the rest of the Dedicated think makes stories up.

To use an old Irish term, he's a bullsh*t merchant.

Or is he?

In one part he mentions, in regard to the Two Rivers Longbow:

"My father trained on one of those" Nalaam noted. "Learned the art from a Two Rivers man whom he rescued from drowning in Illian. Has the bowstring as a memento".

Now it's tenuous, I'll grant you, (but no one does tenuous like Theoryland), could he be telling the truth and his father may have saved....Tam Al'Thor??????

Hmmm did you spot this one, Tevez?

Tam's probably the only Two Rivers man to serve in the Illainer army in the last few decades.

And Cenn Buie, a generation earlier.

And Cenn Buie, a generation earlier.

He did? When were we told about that? O_o

It is intuitively obvious to the most casual reader.

Yeah the Creator also served in the Illianer army.
