I think people who know me won't be surprised by my pick.

I think it's a really good intro speech.

Let us know, who is your favourite?

Hate em all. While I think that fantastic performances should be noted, I can't stand the massive circle-jerk that is an awards ceremony. Leaves enough jizz on the red carpet to impregnate a pod of blue whales. Haven't watched one in 15 years.

To quote an ex-girlfriend "I hate actors."

I'm not kidding. I have been completely and totally unaware of the existence of the British Academy Awards until this moment. Of course, I would have concluded, had I ever thought about it, that there must be a British Academy if there is an American Academy. I just never thought about it. However, I do know who Stephen Fry is. He is one of the most skilled public speakers out there, in my opinion.

When it comes to The Oscars, Jon Stewart has been the only one I have ever remembered. It was amusing how he made fun of the Academy and some of the award recipients when he hosted. One particularly memorable jab several years back was when he joked, after the Oscar had been awarded to Three 6 Mafia for best song, "Three 6 Mafia '1', Martin Scorsese '0'." The absurdity of the awards couldn't have been better condensed into a single sentence.
