February 1, 1970, a day in infamy? No not in any way. Tomorrow at approximately 1800 hours, that's 6 pm for some of you, Sei'taer will celebrate his 42th. So, starting a day early just because, "I CAN!!!!!"

Happy Birthday, Son!!!!!

y'know, I didn't even realize it was tomorrow.

Last month was my twelve year anniversary at TL. That's more insane to me than how old I am.

Thanks guys.

Khoram, I have a daughter that will be 21 in July so that makes me feel older than anything else.

But it isn't tomorrow, yet. It is still today. At least, it isn't tomorrow here, yet. In some foreign places it is, admittedly.

I'll be 21 in April. :D But I understand where you're coming from, although not to the same extent. I have cousins that have kids already (granted, those same cousins are around your age, but I digress) and I have other cousins just turning 10. It makes me feel old(er).

You know pickled eggs then? Because if you say "I've never tried them." then I stuffing them in your mouth the next time I see you.

Beer and pickled eggs. Tastes great and gives you the most fragrant farts ever.

I can imagine the fragrance.

Who's saying that you'll remember to stuff the eggs in my mouth? You are, in fact, older, and memory goes as one gets older. :D Unless you're an elephant.

I think, in view of your other thread, that I'll simply wish you a stress-free birthday. Happy might be a little tricky.

Have a birthday hug and some sunshine.

He's called "Pops" for a reason...

And there are actually three of them, though SonofElvis has been AWOL for many years. He still gets a mention every now and again.

Well Pops'Taer existed first, then Sei then SoE (IIRC)

But Sei joined first, followed by pops and SoE.

Pops is my dad. Everybody calls him Pop or Pops. SoE is my little brother.

I joined TL in January of 2000, Dad joined in about 2002, I think and SoE was about a year later.

SoE can't sign in because he's been blocked from the site for some reason. He's emailed Tam several times to try to get it fixed but evidently he hasn't been able to fix it and SoE doesn't want to change his name. I always forget to ask Tam about it when we're chatting so I'm absolutely no help.

Maybe we should all spam Tam?

He cried for the first two years of his life. I still taught him to read when he was 4 and I basically potty-trained him. He can do the rest on his own.

shut yer pie hole, you sheep-gutted youngling.

btw, THE youngest youngling poster that i'm aware of was Professor Snow's daughter Lanfear, who started posting at the tender age of 13. She's old enough to buy us all beers, and iirc she can cart our drunk asses home in style cuz she's a paramedic or an EMT or something like that.

So Happy Birthday Sei'taer, you ham-fisted boot-legging hillbilly older than dirt redneck dweeb jackass of a jackelope. No matter what your age or ego may tell you, you are NOT the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. But i'll take you on my WoT trivia pub team any day of the week, and twice on poker night.

"Bibam ergo sum" is what you were trying to say, I think.

I don't think so, because 1) I'm not doubting my own existence, only that there is a purpose to it and 2) bibam is the subjunctive form, and I don't think that's right in this sentence.
