In the end, I've decided that because 'it's 5 o'clock somewhere', I'll go ahead and post my review, reactions and an interview for A Memory of Light.

Non-spoiler review (http://nethspace.blogspot.com/2013/01/review-memory-of-light-by-robert-jordan.html)
Very spoilery reactions (http://nethspace.blogspot.com/2013/01/a-memory-of-light-spoiler-reactions.html)
(short) interview with Brandon Sanderson (http://nethspace.blogspot.com/2013/01/interview-brandon-sanderson-on-wheel-of.html)- warning: contains spoilers

Thank you for not posting spoilers directly on this board. While it may be true that it's 5 o'clock somewhere, the spoiler embargo is still in place here.

For anyone posting a comment on this thread, please note that means NO SPOILERS can be posted here - not even in spoiler tags - until that embargo is lifted for release day.

That one shocked me too.

the greater surprise is how well that striking red coat accentuated the DO's well-turned calf.

But the better surprise was how shockingly better Brandon's Luca's scenes were than Jordan's.

I could live with just the Brandon Luca material and not remember anything that came before, and I'd be very happy.

That's how much I love Luca.

His trollocs ballerinas from his ancestor the Greater Dark One from the Isle of Madmen were hilarious, but how he sent all the Tinkers into Hell with a flourish of his red coat at the end beat it all.
