If someone was to take the series of Breaking Bad and then turn it into a full length novel, would you read it and if so, who would you want to write it?

If Paris Hilton wrote it, would you read it?

No.

No I would not.

You, sir, show great prejudice. What is not clear to me at the moment is whether your prejudice is founded in sexism (ie. because Hilton is a woman) or in socialism (ie. because Hilton is rich). Perhaps you could clarify that by mentioning some other not-yet-written books that you wouldn't read either?

You misunderstand me Gonzo. I wouldn't read Breaking Bad no matter who the author was because I loathe thst series

I find no reason to read a novel based on the series. I've already seen the TV series and they did a splendid job with it. To read a novel of the same story would be going backwards.

Same as Mort. If it were already a novel I may well read it, once I'd finished watching it anyway (nearly at the end of season 3 so PLEASE don't give anything away with no spoiler marking), but to take a TV series and make a novel after the fact seems pointless.

Especially if Paris Hilton wrote it.

One of the greatest television shows in history does not need a novelized version of it. You're never going to capture Bryan Cranston's awesomeness as an actor in writing.

I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one who's never watched this alleged Breaking Bad show. Hmm.

If you have Netflix, the entire show is free basically. Its well worth a gander just for Cranston's acting job if nothing else.

Ah, right. Well, I don't have Netflix. I'm fairly low tech. Hell, I still have an old flip cell phone.
