This is pretty neat. Upper right hand corner you can choose French or English. I wouldn't post any character names though.

Nice, glad to see they've updated those. There's still something missing though...

Also, while not that huge of a deal, it's interesting to get a taste of the starting path options.

I like the idea of using a Staff Guardian and then using Judge's Intervention to teleport to a target, casting Martyr transfering a lot of conditions to myself, then casting Smite Conditions for a nice big PBAoE damage attack, while getting just about every buff imaginable on me. Then do a weapon switch and start beating the crap out of things.

Edit 4: I'm slightly annoyed that there seems to be only three regret options, ie missed out on the circus, never recovered sister's body, never knew real parents. I thought there were have been some difference amongst the classes. I can see a Thief having missed out on performing with the circus, but not so much a guardian, etc.

Heh, no surprises there Stormy.

czymann 10-18-2011 04:48 PM

Yea I am gonna have a blast playing a necro I think.

ShadowbaneX 10-18-2011 06:21 PM

I would have thought the Eles would be more suitable to make with the blasting. ;)

I cannot tell how much fun I'll be having yet...haven't seen anything of the Mesmer. Isn't there supposed to be a playable beta in about a month or so? Shouldn't they at least unveil the last class before that happens?

Sarevok 10-18-2011 06:25 PM

iirc, they said "closed beta somewhere this year".

ShadowbaneX 10-18-2011 06:45 PM

4 weeks or 10 weeks, I've been waiting long enough.

czymann 02-29-2012 08:31 AM

Oh this is brand new.

ShadowbaneX 02-29-2012 08:49 AM

Some very neat info there Stormy.

Very good counter argument here:

Yes, I'm slowly reading the Guru thread at work. :p

Edit: oops... wrong thread. :(

Anyway, nice link, Stormy.
This build would probably be what I'd solo with. Guardian with a staff. Also not too hard to swap to mace-and-shield and swap some major traits to go all-out support.
