RJ said that in 2006, after KoD, so unless you think that Egwene became ta'veren all of a sudden in TGS, she is still not ta'veren.

You do remember that both Nicola and Siuan have the Talent of "seeing ta'veren", don't you?
Of course, it is possible that you can prove that neither of those ever met E&E. If you want to present that evidence, then go ahead. But lacking that, I would suspect that there is rather strong evidence against the idea that the two are ta'veren.
