I just had my last Initiation Visit (start up of a new study at our centre). At the end of the meeting, the lead physician pulled me aside and said "Don't stay away from this area for too long, you are very knowledgable".

~~sigh~~ Gives me a slight twinge of regret, it does. Just a slight one. It is hard to leave the area I have built up so much expertise in.

On the other hand, all the nurses I will be joining on the front lines have been dispensing hugs and hearty wlecomes, so that makes me feel better.
