Really dark, but has an epic feel to it.
The artist is VERY sick, iirc. Releases stuff in between being in the hospital or something like that.

Well that is a perfectly reasonable reason.

Never been much for mangas, but have been watching the One Piece anime. And yes, the original in subs is much better than dubbing. Speaking of which, most dubs seem to really suck. As in the voices don't seem to go with the character. The only time I have found this to be true of the original, was with DBZ. Holy crap, Goku sounds like he is 9 years old.

Anyways, I enjoy the One Piece series and have been keeping up with Bleach (one of the few that has actually had good dubs, but am well past those episodes). Also watching Bakuman, which is different than how I imagined it, but in a good way.

And the reason I don't read manga, is that where I live, the selection is VERY limited and I would have to read online, which strains the eyes more often than not.

Anime with good Dubs:
FMA, FMA:B, GitS, GitS: SAC, GitS: SAC 2nd Gig, Eureka 7, Cowboy Bebop, the new Akira remake (or so I've been told), NGE, NGE: EoE, NGE: Rebuild, and Rurouni Kenshin (Though this is a YMMV issue in that the only reason I preferred the English Dub over the Sub was that the Kenshin seiyuu is female, which is odd to my ears, even if I understand why they chose it to be that way.)

A few that I have liked, are Vandread, DBZ, DB, Ranma 1/2, Bleach, and Funimation One Piece.

I will say that FMA had good dubs, but I never really got into the series itself. And if you could, could you spell out what those other ones are? Thanks.

There is that, but after they introduced the second group of Pokemon, I lost interest in it.

Digimon (first 2 seasons) were alright as well.
