If you didn't have such low interest rates, then the daylight you're saving might actually be useful, some time in the future.

Man that hour really threw me off! Although, I'll be the first to admit that I love the fact that it' still actually light out when I get home at 7 pm. So, there's that.

It totally threw me off. I didnt end up falling asleep until 1:30 am last night despite going to bed around 9pm. At first, I wasn't quite tired and then I started getting uncomfortable after laying there for an hour or so and then I entered that "I'm tired but my mind is going 1000mph" mode that I used to have when I was an insomniac and then I just lay there for another couple hours before I finally fell asleep. Really sucky start to the weak. Now I'm compensating for the lost sleep with a ton of coffee and that'll just make the cycle worse tonight as the caffeine will keep me wired.

However, its really nice for the sun to be up at 7pm again.

I went to the gym first thing this morning to get a run in to counteract the crappy sleep last night and get the last of the Imovane out of my system. Am still beat, but at least it's a healthier tired.

Hoping water will help with the rest. As it is, I am the epitome of "you look tired!" (aka like crap). Yay.

I was reading that there is a noticeable increase in the number of heart-attacks and vehicle accidents after the spring time change...I guess it's because of all the caffine-wired, sleep-deprived office workers out there.
