Davidus Tertius Rex is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Greetings and Salutations!

I've had this account for over a year now, but have only just got around to, y'know, using it.

So, introductions. I'm Davidus Tertius Rex, and I've been reading WoT for about five years now. Actually, it was Lupusdeusest who first acquainted me with the books. We were in the same Physics class at Uni and she was mourning RJ's passing. So I borrowed her copy of TEotW to see if it was any good. When it transpired that someone else still had her copy of CoT, I figured I was sufficiently hooked by this point to just go out and buy the damn thing.

She was also the one who bugged me to get an account here, and I'm finally making use of it as we do a complete reread in preparation for AMoL's release.

Oh frequent Warder and the delight of mine eyes! Welcome!
(Yes, from 6 feet away.)

Welcome, Davidus! Do you mind if I shorten that to Davidus? You can call me Zombie, everyone else does. The other ZS will be along shortly to greet you formally, no doubt.

How about Rex to avoid confusion with Dav?

Welcome to Theoryland; I'm guessing you're the guy with Lupus in the mistcloaks?

Davidus, or D3R possibly (no, that doesn't work at all), or Rex is fine. And yes, I'm the one in the Warder cloak where Lupus is wearing the Mistcloak.

Cease this shameless postcount inflation at once, vile woman!

Also, I like D-Rex. I like it a lot.

I think it well, very well indeed, and I am always right.
I would say "I'll inflate YOUR post-count", but it sounds far too kinky. Instead, I shall raise my heron-mark chin and sniff in your general direction.

Of course, whenever you lay this false claim, you always say something completely incorrect immediately afterward. Whilst I admire your recent efforts to stymie this inevitable chain, you have again, dear sir, fallen into a Trap. This is not a case of me bribing the architect first - nay! not that! - but a case of the spacetime-altering nature of my vagina. Because of its mystical properties - properties the penis thankfully lacks! - anything I say is right.
The vagina is also cause behind the well-known facts that it is always a man's fault, even if noone can work out how, and a woman's rights are what she says they are. I say now it is my right to always be correct. I allow moments of error so as to seem more human, to draw you further into my deathly traps of death.
I believe we are talking thus due to the alluring nature of one Tom Lehrer, as well as Because We Can.

I do believe, dear lady, that you are confusing Always Being Right (i.e. ME) with the female gender's (obviously erroneous) belief that She Is Always Right.

I had thought it beyond the laws of the natural world, but clearly one CAN read too much WoT. It is the only explanation for such bizarre ideas. You are channelling some sort of hideous super-Sue amalgam of every female character.

Yes. Unfortunately, the downside is this exposes you to the same level of hatred and vitriol as Egwene.
