Default Westworld

Anyone else watch the premiere? I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, quite a bit better than the old '73 Chrichton film. It had an interesting mix of Terminator-esque paranoia concerning artificial intelligence/sentience, yet while creating quite a bit of sympathy for the abused machines, and a sense of disgust at the sadism of the humans.

I remember seeing as a kid the original classic with Yul Brenner. It looks good, you want to know more, but it just kept going round and round in plot circles.
