I think it is most likely that Moridin is the one that helped Rand, using the True Source. If it had been a woman in a man'sbody, he would have felt saidar channeled just as when any woman channeled. I think that Logain masking his abilities is unlikely. There was no one to teach him this trick and anyone else that does it was taught.

We heard that Logain was tearing up the town before he was captured, who taught Logain how to do that? What are natural abilities and what must be learned? Just a thought.

Just a thought." - Tamyrlin) I think using the one power as a weapon is far(!!) easier than doing things like healing, shielding, hiding your channeling. I believe this because, it cant be that hard using it as a weapon you just have to make some fire or move some earth. Destroying is kinda basic, whats hard is doing the other stuff. Remember our newbie Aes Sedais(Egwen, Elayn and Nynaeve) could use the one power as a weapon before they could heal. The point is (said in a metaphore). If you are going to use a stick as a weapon you just hit people with it. But if you are going to heal, fly, or make a nuclear engine with it you will need to use your brain and train quite a bit.
